Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. When you are eligible for a full refund
- Not delivered: your payment was successful but you did not receive the eBook, and we are unable to deliver it within 48 hours of your email to us.
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Wrong or corrupted file: the file you received is not the eBook or cannot be opened, and we are unable to send a working copy within 48 hours.
2. When a refund is not available
- After the eBook has been successfully delivered or downloaded.
- Change of mind, or because the results described in the eBook were not achieved.
3. How to request a refund
Email email within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay Payment ID, the email/phone used for payment, and a short description of the issue.
4. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
5. Cancellation
Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after the payment is successful. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
